Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled service will be required to pay a £45 fee. If you require us to collect & return keys from an estate agent there is a £30 charge. If we arrive to carry out work and there is no one at the property to gain entry there will be a £100 no show fee.
Minimum Charge
